FUTURE
From the 1970s to the present the amount of racism in the United States has lessened with the help of scientific evidence of human genetics/ancestry, as well as the push from many social groups. Many scientists predict that in the future the human race will become one blended color of skin, where race will no longer matter & racism will not exist. In terms of government, the more push they get from society and states, the more likely the government policies will change. The more society realizes that race should not matter and we all should treat each other one human race, things will change. As time goes on, America may not be as obsessed with the idea of race. Just as the obsession has lessened with time, it will hopefully continue to lessen in the future.
"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character" - Martin Luther King Jr.
